Tasting notes
A blend of grapes grown at Delfino Farms and David Girard Vineyards. Medium Ruby in color. On the nose, this wine is dominated by notes of game and pepper with undertones of strawberry. The palate has medium body with flavors of cinnamon, clove, and pine with a finish of fresh acidity and firm tannins.
