Snout to Tail Ticket
Kick off the night with Edio Vineyards sparkling wine and Canon passed apps on our farm grounds. Followed by a paired coursed dinner curated by Michelin restaurant, Canon, highlighting pasture-raised Black Angus and market swine raised by our family here at Delfino Farms. All meat will be harvested and dry-aged by Coffland's Butchery exclusively for this event. Each course is paired with Edio Vineyards small lot and library wines. Top off the night with dessert provided by our very own Joan's Apple Bakery. This is a prix fixe, meat-focused dinner experience and cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age.
