2022 Canavese Cab

This Cabernet Sauvignon is from Miller Vineyard in Alameda County. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. 100% destemmed and fermented in open top fermentors. Then, barrel aged in 25% new French oak for 12 months. Medium purple in color. The nose is dominated by black cherry, black currant, with hints of cocoa and pepper. On the palate this wine has bakers chocolate, cooked black cherry, and soft tannins.
