Grown at Barsotti, Camino Alto, and David Girard. This is a blend of 27% Picpoul, 22% Grenache Blanc, 21% Clairette, 15% Roussanne, and 15% Viognier. The grapes were picked at 21.5 Brix when acid and flavors were at optimal levels.Stainless steel fermented and aged.
